Welcome to the new website of Mull
Historical & Archaeological Society, formerly Mull
Historical Society. The website aims to be a
comprehensive historical view of the Isle of Mull
and its neighbouring islands. Whenever possible, we
will try and link directly to other websites and
sources of information. We will also acknowledge
material from other sources. We have divided the
website into two sections; one, open to the public
and accessible via the web, and the other open only
to members and those doing research. The reason for
limited access to the closed area is that donations
of material have been made on the understanding that
they would not be open to full public view. Also,
some material is subject to copyright.
